In this video u can watch how to prepare simple aloo methi sabzi by using methi leaves or fenugreek leaves .
Ingredients:
Potatoes: 3 medium sized 

Onion : 1

Tomato : 1

Turmeric powder:1/2 tsp

Chilli powder:1&1/2 tsp

Green chilli : 1

Cumin powder: 1 tsp

Salt : as per taste

Water : 1/2 cup

Oil. : 1 tbsp

Dry fenugreek leaves/

Kasurimethi: 1 cup

Method:

Peel off the skin of the potatoes and cube them.Half boil the potatoes and keep it aside.Heat oil in a pan add green chilly, onions, tomatoes sauté them well . Add turmeric powder and chilli powder mix it well . Add half boiled potatoes and give it a nice stir . Put salt in to this and add 1/2 cup of water to coat all the masalas well with potatoes.Cover it with a lid and cook it for few minutes.Add cumin powder.

Put the kasurimethi into this and cover it for 1 minute. Our flavorful kasurimethi aloo can be served with rice , roti , paratha etc.
