WATCH FULL VIDEO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!
Chicken liver fry is a simple recipe to prepare as a side dish for rice or chapati. Since pepper powder is the key ingredient for this recipe ,i would like to call this recipe as chicken liver pepper fry. Here first of all i am going to cook these marinated chicken liver separately, so that chicken liver will get cooked well and it will not taste raw at all.Shallots or small onions are used for preparing masala ,we can replace this with normal onions ,but do not use more quantity ,since it would make the gravy little sweet in flavor. I prefer to cut these liver in to small pieces to coat well with flavorful masalas.
