Protein rich broccoli egg sandwich is an excellent breakfast dish for kids as well as adults.
finely chopped broccoli-1&1/2 cups
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
pepper powder-1 tsp
chilli powder-1 tsp
- In a bowl break 3 eggs and whisk it well.
- Add turmeric powder,chilli powder and salt .Mix well.
- Heat a pan and add some oil,add finely chopped broccoli saute it well just to get rid off the raw taste.
- Add some pepper powder and salt .Mix well.
- Pour the egg batter and mix well.
- Filling is ready .keep this aside.
- Take two slices of the bread ,spread some tomato ketchup in both bread slices.
- Add some in one slice of the bread,sprinkle some cheese ,cover it with the other slice of the bread.
- Toast the sandwiches until they become crispy and golden in both sides.
- Healthy and delicious broccoli egg sandwiches are ready to serve!!!!!Enjoy!!!
