Ice creams are the most adored desserts around the world.No matter which country you belong to, you will always be a fan of ice creams irrespective of your age.The one factor which makes ice creams loved by people is it’s amazing taste.There are endless flavors of ice creams available to satisfy our sweet cravings.Being a chocoholic sweet indulgence always means to me enjoying a scoop of chocolate ice cream.

Today i am going to share with you a no churn chocolate ice cream with few ingredients .This classic chocolate ice cream requires only three ingredients.


Chilled whipping cream -250 ml

Unsweetened cocoa powder-1/4th cup

Condensed milk -1/2 cup


  • In a mixing bowl ,pour chilled whipping cream .Using a hand mixer beat until soft peaks are visible.
  • Next add in the cocoa powder.Take a fine sieve and sift the cocoa powder .Sifting through a fine sieve will help to break the small the lumps in the cocoa powder.
  • Fold it using a spatula and combine well.
  • Then add in the condensed milk .Mix everything using a hand mixer and make sure everything well incorporated.
  • Transfer it in a freezer friendly container and freeze for around 7-8hrs.
  • Serve !!!

Lassi is a refreshing yoghurt based summer drink in which mostly the key ingredients are natural coolers and stomach soothers.This traditional beverage is very popular in north indian house holds ,however you will find it’s been served in restaurants and street stalls all over India.

The pinkish hue Imparted from beetroots makes it visually appealing and at the same time one could enjoy the nutritional benefits it has to offer by blending raw beetroots along with creamy yoghurt.

During a summer day the real thought of a frosted glass of lassi with cold running down it in droplets ,fills me with joy.This drink helps to cool down our body and aids in digestion as well.

I already posted orange lassi recipe, which would also be a great choice to relish during the hot summer days.

Here’s the recipe :


Beetroot-1 small sized

Dry ginger powder-1/4 tsp Cumin powder-1/4 tsp

Yoghurt-4 tbsp


Water-2 cups

Green chilies-2


  1. Using a vegetable grater ,finely grate a small sized beetroot.
  2. Take grinder and grind beetroot along with green chillies.
  3. Pour in water and yoghurt ,add other spices ( dry ginger powder , cumin powder and salt).
  4. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
  5. Strain it using a sieve and pour into the serving glass .
  6. Add some ice cubes and enjoy !!!!

All purpose flour-1 cup

Sugar -1 cup

Orange puree-1/2 cup

Butter -100 gms

Vanila essence-

Eggs -6

Orange zest-1 tbsp

Baking powder-1tsp


  • Separate egg yolks from whites.In a mixing bowl ,add egg whites using a hand mixer beat until it urns into light and fluffy.Transfer this into another bowl.
  • In the same mixing bowl add butter and sugar.Make sure they get very well incorporated.
  • Next we need to add egg yolks,Mix it in a high speed using hand mixer .Wait for creamy texture.
  • Add all purpose flour along with baking powder .Sift it well through a sieve .
  • Now add orange puree ,vanila essence and orange zest.Orange zest will impart a strong orange flavor for cake .
  • Using spatula fold it and mix everything together.
  • Finally add beaten egg whites ,Mix it well for few seconds using hand mixer.
  • Fold it once or twice using a spatula and ensure no streaks of flour remaining in the cake batter.
  • Line a parchment paper on a cake tray and pour the cake batter.Tap it twice or thrice to let go off the air bubbles.
  • Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven @220 degree .Reduce the temperature at 180 degree and bake for another 5 more minutes .
  • Aromatic and flavorful orange cake would be ready to serve!!!

Separate the egg yolks from egg whites and beat the separately.This would definitely give a lighter and fluffier texture for cake.Perfectly beaten eggs will make the cake slightly taller and dense in texture.

Sift the dry ingredients twice or thrice .This will enhance the quality and taste .

Preheat the oven for 15 minutes at 220 degree.Do not over bake the cake.Baking for longer than the prescribed time will remove the moisture and you may end up having a dry cake.

Light and fluffy orange cake.


‘Ladoos ‘are the round shaped ,bite sized, sweet balls which has been prepared during any celebrations or festive occasions in India.These protein rich laddus are so easy to make and you wouldn’t even believe that there are only few ingredients .Roasting peanuts and peeling the skin off is a bit time consuming ,but worth the effort due to addictive taste of these nutritious laddus .

peanuts are rich in antioxidants ,these are extremely healthy and would provide multiple health benefits.Peanut ladoos are super simple to prepare and delicious too.


Peanuts -1&1/2 cup

Jaggery-1/2 cup

Ghee -2 tbsp


  • Dry roast the raw peanuts in a pan till they become crunchy and crisp .This may take around 5-6 minutes.
  • Wait until it reaches room temperature ,peel off the skin by rubbing peanuts with your palm.
  • Next we need to grind these peanuts and make a coarse powder out of it.
  • Transfer the coarsely powdered peanuts in a mixing bowl and add powdered jaggery.Mix it well.
  • Add melted ghee and make sure everything well incorporated to bind well.
  • Now it’s time shape the laddus .
  • Divide the mixture in equal portion and roll to laddus.
  • You can store the laddus in an airtight container it will remain fresh up to two weeks.


Dry roast peanuts in a medium flame.
cool them .
Once the peanuts cools down, peel off the skin .This is a time consuming process ,but it’s worth it.
Powder and mix with jaggery.
Add ghee and mix well.
Take small portion from the mixture and make ladoos.

Delicious peanut laddus !!!! Healthy as well as tasty.


  • Always use good quality jaggery .Since we don’t prepare jaggery syrup and filter it before binding all the ingredients, make sure it is clean and free from all the impurities.

The rich and creamy texture makes it totally irresistible.These coffee popsicles are just after noon or after dinner pick -me -up treat you need .If you are looking for a little coffee indulgence these refreshing popsicles are the right choice.It’s so simple to make you can whip up the mixture in no time and pop it in the freezer for overnight or at least 6 hours.


Milk-2 cups

Water -1/2 cup

Instant coffee powder -1 tbsp

Cornflour -1&1/2 tbsp

Condensed milk-100 gmsMiS

Sugar -2&1/2 tbsp


  • Stir in instant coffee powder with hot water .Melt coffee granules .
  • Heat milk along with 1/2 a cup of water .Bring this to boil ,add condensed milk ,corn flour batter ,sugar etc.Keep stirring.
  • Once it starts to thicken switch off the flame.
  • Pour into popsicles moulds or paper cups .Insert wooden sticks ,spoons or fork s.Freeze overnight ,Preferably until firm.


Heat 2 cups of milk and 1/2 a cup of water .Bring this to boil.
1 tbsp of instant coffee powder (i used Nescafe)
Mix it with hot water.
Pour into hot milk.
Prepare cornflour batter.
Add condensed milk.
Mix it with cornflour batter.
Keep stirring and allow to thicken the batter.
Pour into disposable glasses and cover it with an aluminium foil.
insert a spoon or wooden ice cream stick.
Freeze it overnight or at least 6-8 hours.
After freezing dip it in some water and demould.

These adorable chocolate filled nutella buns are refreshing and delicious.This recipe was an experiment .But the end product came out phenomenal!!! If you are a chocolate lover give it a try, you will thank me later for this innovative dish.

The silky and addictive taste of Nutella makes these buns irresistible .

These Nutella filled chocolate buns will satisfy all your sweet cravings. They are super soft and abundance of chocolate flavour.


All purpose flour-1 cup

Warm milk-1/2 cup

yeast -3/4th tsp

sugar -1 tsp

Salt-1/4th tsp


Let’s start with the dough.

  • Take 1/2 cup of milk in an oven proof container ,microwave or 40 seconds.
  • Stir in active instant dry yeast and set aside for 10 minutes.
  • Once the yeast activated we can begin the dough preparation.
  • In a mixing bowl add all purpose flour, salt and sugar.Pour in activated yeast along with milk .Mix it well make sure everything well incorporated.
  • Knead the dough for 2-3.minutes ,if the dough is too sticky you can dust it with some more flour and make it manageable .
  • Finally drizzle some oil and cover it with a cling wrap or cloth .
  • Dough rising time may vary depending upon the place where you live.Keep it in a warm place up to 1 hour or until you see the dough doubled in size.
  • Once the dough is ready ,divide them in equal sized ball.
  • Roll it out using a rolling pin ,add nutella in the centre .
  • Bring all the edges together and seal them tightly.
  • place all the nutella filled chocolate buns in a non stick pan.
  • Heat a tawa on a medium flame ,place the nonstick on top of it and allow the buns to cook for 15 minutes.Flip the side let it cook for another 10 minutes in a low flame .
  • Nutella buns will be ready to serve !!!.


Stir in yeast with warm milk and set aside for 10 minutes.
Knead dough until it forms into a sticky texture
knead for 3 minutes
Keep it in a warm place for rising the dough .
divide it into equal sized ball.
flatten it using a rolling pin .Fill it with nutella in the centre seal the edges .
nutella buns are ready to cook.
Place it on top of a hot tawa and cook for 10 minutes in a low flame.
flip side and cook for 10 more minutes .
perfectly cooked nutella buns are ready to serve .

Kids’ favorite Nutella filled chocolate buns without oven !!!!!!!



Nutritious and delicious paneer pakoras are loved by young and old alike.Paneer is often used for making wide variety of luscious meals like, paneer butter masala, palak paneer etc.These paneer popcorns are the perfect snack to munch while sipping your tea in leisure evenings.The recipe is quiet simple, you need some paneer cubes and other few ingredients to make these delicious tea time snack .These instant paneer nuggets are great appetizer for casual -weekend evenings or sudden guests.


Paneer cubes -300 gms

Ginger garlic paste-1tbs

turmeric powder-1/4th tsp

chilli powder-1 tsp

pepper powder-1/2 tsp


corn flour-1tbsp

bread crumbs (for crispy coating )


  • In a mixing bowl add paneer cubes which are in room temperature, along with ginger garlic paste ,turmeric powder ,chilli powder ,pepper powder and salt.mix well and keep the marination for 10 minutes.
  • Make corn flour paste ,add salt.Dip the paneer cubes in cornflour batter and roll them in bread crumbs.
  • Double coat the paneer cubes with bread crumbs by repeating the process once more.This will give a firm and crispy exterior for the fried paneer popcorns.
  • Refrigerate the paneer cubes for 1o minutes. This way coating will get locked on the paneer .
  • Deep -fry the paneer cubes until they are golden brown ,in a medium flame .
  • Serve them hot with your favorite sauce.

Paneer cubes.
Add in spices (turmeric powder ,chilli powder ,pepper powder and salt.)
Keep the marinated paneer cubes for 10 minutes.Let it absorb the flavors of masala.
Prepare cornflour slurry in a bowl.
Double coat the paneer cubes with bread crumbs by dipping the paneer cubes multiple times in the slurry.
Paneer cubes are very well coated with bread crumbs.
refrigerate for 10 -15 minutes .
Deep fry until crispy nad golden brown.

  • We can use either frozen paneer cubes or fresh paneer cubes for this recipe .
  • While using frozen paneer cubes allow them to thaw completely before marination.



Lassis are yoghurt based refreshing traditional drink from India which resembles a lot like smoothies.Orange lassi can be prepared very easily with very few staple ingredients at home which will make a perfect drink for hot summer days .


Orange -2

yoghurt -3 tbsp

Water -1 cup

Cardamom powder -1/4t tsp

Honey -2 tbsp

Ice cubes


  • In a blender jar add orange pieces along with 1 cup of water .Blend it well.
  • Remove the chunks of oranges using a strainer and keep aside.
  • To make lassi whisk together yoghurt, honey and cardamom powder .Set aside.
  • Now add strained orange juice and using a spoon give it a good mix.
  • Serve orange lassi immediately !!!


Blend orange pieces with 1 cup of water
Add yoghurt ,cardamom powder and honey in a mixing bowl .Mix it well.
Make sure it is very well combined .
Pour strained orange juice and mix it well.
Pour into a serving glass .
Serve chilled !!!!!



Delicious and crispy chicken stuffed chilli pakoras can be prepared within 30 minutes .This innovative and unique non veg dish can be served as a snack ,appetizer or starter for parties .Here’s the recipe :


Green chillies -12 (Big in size)

Chicken breast -2

Kashmiri chilli -1 tsp

Chicken masala-1tsp

Garam masala-1/2 tsp


Oil-1 tbsp (for pan cooking chicken pieces)

Oil for deep frying


Besan -2 cups

Asafoetida-1/4th tsp

Kashmiri chilli-1/2 tsp

Turmeric powder -1/4th tsp

Water -1/2 cup


  • Rinse off green chillies thoroughly and deseed it by giving a cut in the mid portion .
  • Large cavities will make it much more easier to fill the stuffing
  • Removing seeds will reduce the spiciness of the chillies .Keep it aside.
  • Take chicken breasts, cut them in lengthwise in a medium thickness.
  • Marinate chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste ,kashmiri chilli powder, chicken masala, garam masala and salt.Keep the marinated chicken pieces for 1o minutes.Let it absorb the flavors of masala.
  • Heat 1 tbsp of in a pan add into marinated chicken pieces.Allow this to cook for 6-8 minutes, until chicken gets cooked well.
  • Once it is done ,let it cool down .
  • Meanwhile prepare besan batter which will give nice crispy coating for pakoras.
  • In a bowl add besan flour ,Asafoetida, kashmiri chilli powder ,turmeric powder and salt.
  • Pour water by stirring continuously , Make sure no lumps of flour are formed in the batter.
  • Take green chillies and stuff the chicken pieces inside the cavities.
  • Dip them in prepared thick besan batter , Make sure all chillies are well coated with batter.
  • Deep fry until they get perfectly cooked.
  • Lip smaking chilli pakoras are ready to be served.


Cut chicken breasts in lengthwise
Add ginger garlic paste , kashmiri chilli powder ,chicken masala ,garam masala and salt.
Marinate the chicken pieces with masala .
Chiken pieces are cooked in a non stick pan adding 1 tbsp of oil
cooked well .Let it cool for 5 minutes.
Cutting the centre portion of chillies and removing the chilli seeds .
Remove the seeds make the cavity large enough to hold the stuffing
Stuffing with chicken pieces
chicken stuffed chillies are ready.
In a bowl add besan flour chilli powder, asfoetida, turmeric powder and salt.
Add water and make a thick batter out of it.
Dip chillies and coat it well with besan batter all around.
Deep fry until they get perfectly cooked and turn crispy.
Crispy chilli pakoras are ready !!!!!

Serve hot with some tomato ketchup or green chutney !!!!!!!



Coconut burfi is an Indian dessert which has an amazing flavor of coconut.No cook coconut burfi can be prepared very easily at home, just combine all the ingredients and let it rest for half hour or something inside the refrigerator.That’s all. Here i have used desiccated coconut ,but we can always use freshly grated coconut for making this instant burfi. Let’s see how to make it :


Desiccated Coconut -1&1/2 cup

Condensed milk-1/2 cup

Cocoa powder -2 tbsp

Saffron milk-3 tbsp


  • In a mixing bowl ,combine condensed milk and desiccated coconut.
  • Use your hand and mix everything together.
  • Take half portion of the mixture and mix it with cocoa powder .This will give a nice chocolaty flavor for burfi.
  • The remaining portion mix with some saffron milk.This would give a beautiful yellowish color for the burfi.
  • Take a small container and line it using a butter paper or cling wrap.
  • Add saffron flavored burfi mixture and spread it evenly .
  • Refrigerate it for 15 minutes.
  • Now add the remaining burfi portion and spread it on top of the saffron flavored burfi mixture.
  • Refrigerate it for another 15 minutes.
  • Coconut burfi would be ready to serve.


Combine desiccated coconut and condensed milk.
Half portion of the mixture mix with cocoa powder.
Chocolate flavored burfi mixture
Remaining burfi mixture .
Line a butter paper and spread the burfi mixture evenly.Let it rest for 15 minutes
Layer it with chocolate flavored portion and refrigerate for another 15 minutes .
Cut and serve !!!!
