Deseeded dates -1o
Milk -1&1/2 cup
Take a small bowl and soak sabudana for 10 minutes.
In another bowl add deseeded dates along with some warm water .Wait until it softens and cool.
In a sauce pan add soaked sago seeds and 1& 1/2 cup of water.Cook for 5-8 minutes in a medium flame .Once you see sabudana turned into a transparent and jelly kind texture ,strain it using a strainer and keep aside for cooling.
Next add dates and chilled milk in a blender jar .Blend it in a high speed until you get a smooth milkshake.
Pour into a serving glass by adding one table spoon of cooked sabudana. Gently mix it and serve immediately .

All purpose flour-1 cup
Sugar -1 cup
Orange puree-1/2 cup
Butter -100 gms
Orange zest-1 tbsp
Separate egg yolks from whites.In a mixing bowl ,add egg whites using a hand mixer beat until it urns into light and fluffy.Transfer this into another bowl.
In the same mixing bowl add butter and sugar.Make sure they get very well incorporated.
Next we need to add egg yolks,Mix it in a high speed using hand mixer .Wait for creamy texture.
Add all purpose flour along with baking powder .Sift it well through a sieve .
Now add orange puree ,vanila essence and orange zest.Orange zest will impart a strong orange flavor for cake .
Using spatula fold it and mix everything together.
Finally add beaten egg whites ,Mix it well for few seconds using hand mixer.
Fold it once or twice using a spatula and ensure no streaks of flour remaining in the cake batter.
Line a parchment paper on a cake tray and pour the cake batter.Tap it twice or thrice to let go off the air bubbles.
Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven @220 degree .Reduce the temperature at 180 degree and bake for another 5 more minutes .

Heat milk along with 1/2 a cup of water .Bring this to boil ,add condensed milk ,corn flour batter ,sugar etc.Keep stirring.
Once it starts to thicken switch off the flame.
Pour into popsicles moulds or paper cups .Insert wooden sticks ,spoons or fork s.Freeze overnight ,Preferably until firm.

Warm milk-1/2 cup
yeast -3/4th tsp
sugar -1 tsp
Let’s start with the dough.
Take 1/2 cup of milk in an oven proof container ,microwave or 40 seconds.
Stir in active instant dry yeast and set aside for 10 minutes.
Once the yeast activated we can begin the dough preparation.
In a mixing bowl add all purpose flour, salt and sugar.Pour in activated yeast along with milk .Mix it well make sure everything well incorporated.
Knead the dough for 2-3.minutes ,if the dough is too sticky you can dust it with some more flour and make it manageable .
Finally drizzle some oil and cover it with a cling wrap or cloth .
Dough rising time may vary depending upon the place where you live.Keep it in a warm place up to 1 hour or until you see the dough doubled in size.
Once the dough is ready ,divide them in equal sized ball.
Roll it out using a rolling pin ,add nutella in the centre .
Bring all the edges together and seal them tightly.
place all the nutella filled chocolate buns in a non stick pan.
Heat a tawa on a medium flame ,place the nonstick on top of it and allow the buns to cook for 15 minutes.Flip the side let it cook for another 10 minutes in a low flame .

Desiccated Coconut -1&1/2 cup
Condensed milk-1/2 cup
Cocoa powder -2 tbsp
Saffron milk-3 tbsp
In a mixing bowl ,combine condensed milk and desiccated coconut.
Use your hand and mix everything together.
Take half portion of the mixture and mix it with cocoa powder .This will give a nice chocolaty flavor for burfi.
The remaining portion mix with some saffron milk.This would give a beautiful yellowish color for the burfi.
Take a small container and line it using a butter paper or cling wrap.
Add saffron flavored burfi mixture and spread it evenly .
Refrigerate it for 15 minutes.
Now add the remaining burfi portion and spread it on top of the saffron flavored burfi mixture.

Sliced frozen bananas -2
Cocoa powder -2 tbsp
Honey -1 tbsp
Take a blender jar and add all the ingredients (banana slices,milk,cocoa powder and honey)
Transfer into a pudding bowl.
Add some chopped fruits and nuts .(apple,dates ,cashews etc.)
Wholesome and nutritious Moong dal laddus are one of my favorite desserts to devour during any special occasion.These ladoos are soft,grainy in texture and absolutely melts in your mouth .you can make batches of these laddus and store them at room temperature for a week.
MOONG DAL -1 CUP
POWDERED SUGAR-1/2 CUP
GHEE -1/2 CUP
CARDAMOM POWDER -1/4TH TSP
Rinse moong dal thoroughly and soak it for 30 minutes .
After 30 minute drain water and spread it on a cotton cloth .Let it air dry for 20 minutes.
Take a heavy bottom pan and add moong dal , dry roast it for 30-35 minutes in medium flame.
Once you notice it’s colour changes into slightly golden ,switch off the flame and allow this to cool for a while.
Take a blender jar and grind it and make a coarse powder out of it.
In a mixing bowl add coarsely ground moong dal powder ,powdered sugar and cardamom powder.
Add melted ghee gradually and keep mixing until everything get incorporated really well.
Let’s make laddus.
Take a small portion of the mixture and roll into ball shape .
Prepare all laddus following the same procedure.
Soft and grainy textured moong dal laddus are ready to serve .
