Simple methods to make super moist and super juicy chicken pulav with minimum ingredients.This kids friendly non veg rice variety is easy to make and tastes absolutely delicious.

INGREDIENTS

BASMATI RICE-3 cups

Onion-1

Green chillies-3

Boneless chicken-900 gms

Garlic-15

Ginger-medium sized

Potato -1

Turmeric-3/4 th tsp

Chilli powder-1&1-2 tbsp(Normal +Kashmiri)

Coriander powder-2 tbsp

Cumin powder-1 tsp

Oil-3 tbsp

Salt

Bay leaf-1

Cloves- 4-5

Cardamom -2-3

Cinnamon sticks-3 (small pieces)

CHICKEN ROAST KERALA STYLE 

Chicken Roast /kerala chicken roastIngredients:

Chicken:750gms

Chilli powder: 1&1/2 teaspoon 

Pepper powder:1&1/2 teaspoon 

Turmeric powder:1/2 teaspoon 

Garam masala:1 teaspoon 

Water : 1/2 cup warm 

Oil : 21/2 table spoons

Onions: 2 medium sized finely chopped 

Ginger, garlic & green chilli crushed : 11/2

Table spoon.

Corriander leaves for garnishing 

Salt : as per taste.

Method

Marinate the chicken with chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder ,pepper powder and salt for about 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan add crushed ginger, garlic & green chilly mixture. Saut√© it for while until it ‘s raw taste goes off.now add onions saut√© till it’s colour turns pink.add little salt in to the onions .Now it’s time to add marinated chicken cook it for a while add warm water cover the chicken and cook it for about 10 minutes in medium flame. Flip the chicken pieces occasionally. Once the chicken is well cooked open the lid and Cook it till all the masalas well coated with the pieces. Garnish with coriander leaves.

You can have this with roti, chapathi, rice and appam..
