This soya chunks curry is a best side dish for chapati or rice.This protein rich soya chunks recipe is a must try for every one ,especially for the vegetarians. Soya bean curry can be prepared very quickly.these dry soya chunks we need to soak for 20-30 minutes in boiling water and wait until it becomes soft.
soak soya chunks for 20 minutes in boiling water and cut them in to small pieces.saute all the veggies like onion s,ginger,garlic.green chillies ,tomato until they become mushy ,using enough oil.Add masalas turmeric powder,chili powder and chicken masala .Saute well.add 1 cups of water let it boil ,add enough salt.add soya chunks and mix well.Coat well with the masala and cook for 4-5 minutes in medium flame.cover it up with a lid and cook until it becomes soft.check salt and if required.cook this until it becomes dry.soya chunks roast and well absorbed with all the flavors and ready to serve.some coriander leaves for garnishing!!!!!!!

Brinjal fry/eggplant fry is a very simple recipe which can be prepared very quickly within 5 minutes.It is nit at all a time consuming vegeterian recipe.
Here i have shown another variation for this Brinjal/Eggplant fry ,that is Rava fry.Coating with rava on the brinjal slices takes it to an entirely different level.This will give a nice crunchy coating for this eggplant /brinjal.Serve this immediately after fryiing for maintaining the crispiness and taste.
Prepare masala adding turmeric powder,chilli powder,salt and water.
make thick paste of masala.coat well on both sides of the brinjal slices.Pour some oil for shallow frying this brinjal /eggplant slices.cook this for 3-4 minutes in medium flame.flip the side and make sure both the sides cooked perfectly.theses are done!!!!!!!prick with a fork and if u feel that they are soft,these are ready to serve.for another variation coat rava on both sides of the eggplants
fry this until we get a crispy outer crust and serve immediately.

Today I would like to share a receipe with egg. As we all know egg is full of nutrients and we should include eggs in our diet to become healthy .
Ingredients:
Egg. -3 nos.
Chilli powder -1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/1 tsp.
Salt. – as per taste.
Onion-1 finely chopped.
Oil-1 tbsp
Method:
Firstly we have to boil eggs and cut the boiled eggs in to two pieces.Take a small bowl add chilli, turmeric,pepper powder and salt. Mix all together with little water and make a paste.Marinate the boiled eggs with the masala paste and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan add finely chopped onions and fry it until it becomes golden brown.Take the onions from the pan keep it aside.Now add marinated egg pieces in to the pan and fry it in a low flame for 5 minutes. Turn the egg pieces other side to cook both sides well.
Now take the egg pieces from the pan and garnish with fried onions. You can have it as a stater or as a snack. Enjoy😊<<<<
